Short Bio

I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) supervised by Prof. Xin Gao. Before joining KAUST in May 2026, I worked as an Algorithm Engineer at Alibaba Group from September 2024, where I focused on advertisement and recommendation systems. I received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool in 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Kaizhu Huang and Prof. Xinping Yi. My earlier research explored machine learning under real-world heterogeneity, including graph learning and online distribution shift adaptation (a brief intro). My current research interests center on AI for protein science and agentic workflows for protein design.
